Re: Surety Kohala Corporation
Tax Map Key (315-4-009:001 (nor.)
Following discussion at the March 16, 2004, Council Committee on Finance meeting, the
resolution for the donation of real property from Surety Kohala Corporation was revised, and is
enclosed for your consideration. The changes are:
1) Deletion of the words "more or less" in the first WHEREAS clause and the NOW,
THEREFORE clause;
2) The property description and map have been attached as Exhibit "A";
3) The deed for the donation has been attached as Exhibit "B"; and
4) The resolution has been amended to indicate the parties who will receive copies
of the resolution following its adoption.
