Q4 31 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 03-91, AS AMENDED, TAE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF AAWAI`I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING ,IiJNE 30, 2004. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 03-91, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2. Account No. Source Fund Amount 3303.44 Federal Grants -Community Oriented Policing Services -Police General $ 525,912 3303.45 Federal Grants -Community Oriented Policing Services -Prosecutors General $ 192,347 3303.46 Federal Grants -Community Oriented Policing Services - R & D General $ 125,866 Total $ 844,125 SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below: Account No. Function and Activity Fund Amount 010-201-5216.16 Community Oriented Policing Services -Police General $ 525,912 010-271-5271.63 Community Oriented Policing Services -Prosecutors General $ 192,347 010-161-5163.03 Community Oriented Policing Services - R & D General $ 125,866 Tota] $ 844,125 SECTION 3. The federal/state grant revenues set forth in Section 1 'are hereby appropriated in the amount(s) and to the program(s) identified herein; provided that disbursement is conditioned on (1) receipt of a notification of grant award from the grantor, or receipt of notification from the grantor that the grant award will be forthcoming and that the County is authorized to incur costs pursuant to such grant award; and (2) written notice to the Council including a copy of the notification from the grantor. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the Council upon completion of the grant program(s). SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
