Subject: Resolution authorizing the extension of the public sewer and reimbursement for
the cost of construction of the extension.
Attached for consideration is a resolution authorizing (1) extension of the public sewer along
Alahou Street at Kailua-Kona, Hawaii and (2) reimbursement for the cost of construction of the
sewer extension for Onix Management, Inc. Also attached is a copy of the water and sewer
plan for the project.

Subject: Waiver of Attached Resolution
Pursuant to Resolution No. 02-02, Section 1(g) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the
Council of the County of Hawaii, this written request to waive the attached resolution is being
submitted. The resolution authorizes (1) extension of the public sewer along Alahou Street at
Kailua-Kona, Hawaii and (2) reimbursement for the cost of constnzction of the sewer extension
for Onix Management, Inc.
[n reviewing the reasons for the waiver, it is deemed advisable that this waiver be granted.
