Hawaii County Housing Agency
SUBJECT: Approval of an Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 03-91,
as Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of
Hawaii for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2004.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
Draft 2 of an Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 03-91, as Amended,
the Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii for Fiscal Year
Ending June 30, 2004, for the 2004 HOME Program.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
ordinance at its meeting on April 6, 2004, and voted as follows:
AYES: J. Arakaki, A. Chung, L. Elarionoff,
F. Holschuh, B. Jacobson, J. Reynolds,
M. Tulang, J. Tyler, G. Safarik - 9
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: None
Accordingly, I am requesting that this appropriation ordinance be
included on the Council agenda for action at its April 21, 2004,
meeting.
