Re: Resolution Repealing Resolution No. 99-01
On July 31, 2001, the County Council adopted Resolution No. 99-01 which authorized
the Director of Finance to dispose of real property being parcel 11, situate at Kauhako,
South Kona, Island, County and State of Hawaii, Tax Map Key (3)8-6-009:011, to the
Department of Water Supply. Enclosed is a resolution, repealing resolution no. 99-01
and authorizing the Director of Finance to accept the return of real property from the
Department of Water Supply. The Department of Water Supply has decided not to build
the standpipe facility at the site.
