Hawaii County Housing Agency
SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute and Submit
the 2004 Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development for the 2004 Community
Development Block Grant and to the State's Housing and
Community Development Corporation of Hawaii for the
HOME Investment Partnerships Programs.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor of the County of Hawaii to
Execute and Submit the 2004 Action Plan and all other Related
Documents to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
for the 2004 Community Development Block Grant and to the State's
Housing and Community Development Corporation of Hawaii for the
HOME Investment Partnerships Programs.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
resolution at its meeting on April 6, 2004, and voted as follows:
AYES: A. Chung, L. Elarionoff, F. Holschuh,
B. Jacobson, J. Reynolds, M. Tulang,
J. Tyler, G. Safarik - 8
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: J. Arakaki - 1
Accordingly, I am requesting that this resolution be included on
the Council agenda for action at its April 21, 2004, meeting.
