Re: Amendment to the General Obligation Bond Ordinance

Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to amend a previous bond ordinance (Ordinance 99-41
adopted on April 12, 1999 and amended by Ordinance 00-56 adopted on May 17, 2000) to
include Prosecuting Attorney's Office at Aupuni Center, Scottie White Bridge Replacement
and Wood Valley Road Repairs under the Authorization of Proceeds for Public
Improvements. Prosecuting Attorney's Office at Aupuni Center project is in the process of
being added to the Capital Budget Ordinance, No. 03-90, of fiscal year 2003-04. Scottie
White and Wood Valley projects are FEMA projects resulting from the 2000 flood damage,
which require a County match, appropriated in Ordinance No. 02-77.
