Linda McIntosh, a 20-year resident of Kailua-Kona
and owner of McIntosh Companies, a real estate,
marketing and consulting firm, and chairperson of
the Big Island Republican Party, to fill the Kona
District seat.

Comm. 368.01: From Steven S. C. Lim, Esq., Case & Lynch, dated
May 17, 1993, informing the County Housing Agency,
pursuant to Condition J of Ordinance No. 90-63, that
the real property, formerly owned by Pualani
Development Company, a Hawaii joint venture, has been
transferred to its successor in interest, Pualani
Estates, Inc., a Hawaii corporation. Also informs that
Pualani Estates, Inc. anticipates appearance before the
Council/County Housing Agency within the near future to
request approval of a revised affordable housing plan
that will satisfy the requirements of both the State
Land Use Commission Decision and Order in Docket
No. A88-632 and Rezoning Ordinance No. 90-63.

explore the feasibility of a community farm site for
the Pahala Senior Center (Comm. 255) and to check on
the ownership of the parcel.
