Re: Resolution relating to the transfer of fund to support upcoming publi hearings
and archiving projects
Enclosed for your review and approval is a resolution transferring/appropriating $1 ,000.00 out
and from the Clerk/Council Services-Misc. Contract Services account and crediting the same to
Clerk/Council Services S~VV Overtime S & Its purpose is to provide funds to s pport
upcoming public hearings, the archiving project and extra work hours due to staffs ortage in the
Council Section.
