The new setback line may however, affect the construction of new structures and/or new extensions of the existing structures. This has been fully explained and acknowledged by the owners of both parcels. There are no setback issues for TMK 2-4-3:22 as there aze no existing structures and the pazcel is approximately 40 acres in size.
