As required by Resolution No. 46-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the complaint disposition are attached. Caller did not observe the allegations, therefore, she was advised to have her husband call this officer. Comments: This officer recontacted caller on 03-18-04/1000 hours to follow-up and interview the caller's husband. Caller stated that she gave her husband my phone number and does not know why he never called this officer back. Helicopter spotter, Officer FERNANDEZ, stated that while conducting reconnaisance within this neighborhood, he observed a marijuana patch on a vacant property and the helicopter was lowered to 500 feet to confirrn the plants. Caller added that the helicopter flew low while en route from Ala Iki Street towards Hwy. 130.
