RE: Bill 178, Draft 2 Relating to Clifto's (Project District)
Attached is a list of proposed amendments to the above legislation. Proposed amendments:
1. Condition E -Set number of transient unit accommodations at 300.
2. Condition GG -Require 20% of the 240 multiple family units to be
affordable housing units.
