Re: Resolution relating to the transfer of fund to support upcoming publi hearings,
archiving projects and a significant increase in copies being produce .
Enclosed for your reviedv and approval is Resolution No. 181-04, Draft 2,
transferring/appropriating $25,000.00 out and from the Clerk/Council Services-Mis .Contract
Services account and crediting $10,000.00 to the Clerk/Council Services S&W Ov ime S & W
and $15,000.00 to the Reprographics account. The purpose of the $15,000.00 ame dment i s to
cover the significant increase in copies being reproduced.
