A park will be constructed in the Pualani Estates Subdivision to help fulfill the recreational needs of the commiunity residents. Although playground equipment was not part of the requirements of the subdivision agreement, the Department of Parks and Recreation would like tp support the installation of a children's playground by utilizing fair share assessment fundiing for this purpose.
