informing he has appointed the following to the
Arborist Advisory Committee, to serve co-terminous with
his tenure, December 2, 1996:

David Tamura of Hilo.
The Planning Director or her designee will also be a

fee of $101,814.62 based on this appraisal. Informs,

Comm. 350: as required by Condition K of Ordinance No. 92-36, the
(Cont'd) in-lieu monetary fee will be contributed to the County
as set forth in Sections 8-6, 8-7 and 8-8 of the Park
Dedication Code of the Hawaii County Code. Condition K
will be deemed complied with upon submittal and
acceptance of the monetary fee by the Planning
Department.
