RE: Bill 178, Draft 3 -Relating to C1i8o's
Attached for your review is the above bill. Please have it referred to the next Council
meeting for consideration. As discussed at the Council meeting held Apri121, 2004, Bi
178, Draft 3 includes the following amendments:
1. Condition E. Decreased transient accommodations from 400 to 300 unit;
2. Condition G. Deleted.
3. Condition K. Phrase Added. "However, a Certificate of Occupancy for
residential and transient accommodation units shall not be issued until
Queen Ka`ahumanu Highway, Phase II, from Kealakehe to the Airport,
has been widened to a minimum of four traffic lanes or within two years
from the effective date of this ordinance, whichever occurs first."
4. Condition GG. Phrase Added. "Provided that, as represented by the
applicant, 20% of the total number of multiple family units allowed with
the Project District shall be affordable housing units built onsite."
5. Condition LL. Deleted.
6. Conditions were re-alphabetized and cross-references corrected.
