RE: Bi11209, Draft 2 -Relating to Lehua Lani, LLC
Attached for your review is the above bill. Please have it referred to the next Council
meeting for consideration. As discussed at the Council's Planning Committee meeting
held Apri12Q, 2004, Bi11209, Draft 2 includes the following amendments:
1. Condition E. Changed from 5-foot to a 10-foot widening strip as requested by
the Public Works Department in Communication No. 455.1.
2. Condition W. Included standard language requiring Council approval of "in-lieu"
and also included contributions amount.
