RE: Resolution No. 184-04, Draft 3
Transmitted for consideration is Resolution No. 184-04, Draft 3. Draft 3 proposes the
following three amendments, pursuant to motions during the Apri120, 2004 PEMC
meeting, to Resolution No. 184-04, Draft 2.
1. In the seventh and twelfth whereas clauses, °~•°~g-y] is deleted and replaced
by incineration.
2. In the now therefore be it resolved clause (subsection 1), the date has been changed
from [Mai-'] to May 30, 2004.
3. In the now therefore be it resolved clause (subsection 2), the date has been changed
from ~~94] to September 30, 2004.
