Aloha Chairman Arakaki and Council members Tulang and Safarik!
I urge you to oppose Cliftos' plan to develop their property at
O'oma. You heard many Kona people oppose this already, so there
should be no need to have another hearing over here, but I ask that
if the plan is NOT killed at the first reading or deferred at the
upcoming Council meeting on 4/21, that the final decision-making
hearing be heard in Kona.
Please be sure to include my testimony in the Council record.
