Dear County Council Committee on Planning and Chairman Elarionoff,
Please do not allow this developer to place 58 homes on what is zoned for 2 homes. We
Eve on or near Alii Drive and the traffic as it exists ah~eady makes it difficuh to get out of
our homes onto Alii Drive.
Many children, pedestrians and bicyclist use this mad . You have already approved
projects that heavily impact our neighborhood in a very ~gative manner. Getting into
town is a traffic nightroare.
Build within the existing zoning first, build mauka to makai access and then rewne when
we have the proper infrastructure.
