Dear County Council Committee on Planning and Chairman Elarionoff,
Please do not allow this devebper to place 58 homes on what is caned for 2 homes. We
live on or near Alii Drive and the traffic as it exists already makes it difficult to get out of
our homes onto Alii Drive.
Many children, pedestrians and bicyclist use this mad . You have aready approved
projects that heavily impact our neighborhood in a very negative mariner. Getting into
town is a traffic nightmare.
Build within the existing caning first, build maulca to makai access and then rezone when
we have the proper infrastruchue.
