Dear County Council Committee on Planning and Chairman Elarionoff,
Please do rot allow this developer to place 58 homes on what is zoned for 2 homes. We
live on or near Alii Drive atd the traffic as it exists already makes it difficult to get out of
our homes onto Alii Drive.
Many children, pedestrians and bicyclist use this road . You have already approved
projects that heavily impact our neighborhood in a very negative maorler. Getting into
town is a traffic nightmare.
Build within the existing caning Srst, build mauka to makai access and then rezone when
we have the proper infiastmcture.
