Attached for your review is the above bill. Please have it referred to the Council for
consideration. As discussed at the Committee meeting held May 4, 2004, Bill 247,
Draft 2 includes the following amendments:
1. Condition K. Included standazd language requiring Council approval of
"in-lieu" and also included fair share contributions amount for Kaloko
subdivision.
