Sewer Connectio Requirements
This is to request the following mendment s to Bill No. 250:
Page 3: (d) and (e)
(d) To obtain [an] a t me extension under the provisions of subsection (c)} ~ of this
section, owners ust file [objections] a written rec,Euest to the cone coon requirement
before the expire ion of the aforesaid one hundred eighty days. Th written re uest
shall document t e need for the extension and: the re nested amoun of time.
(e) [Extensions] Tim, extensions granted pursuant to subsection [(c)] of this section
shall be for a peri d not to exceed two years.
The amendments clarify that the extension referenced in subsections (d) and (e) re ate to the ability to
request a time extension to the 1 0-day sewer connection requirement.
