Capital Budget FY2004-2005
This is to propose an amendment to Bill 238, Draft 2 relating to the Capital Budget for FY2004-
2005 by deleting the following projects and appropriations:

The purpose of this amendment is to allow time for the Administration and the Council to
deliberate on a waste reduction facility plan as expressed in my letter covering the Operating
Budget.
