Capital Budget for FY 2004-2005
This is to propose an amendment to Bill 238, Draft 2, relating to the Capital Budget, by deleting
the following projects and amounts:

2004030 East Hawaii Traffic Facilities Improvement $ 300
2004032 West Hawaii Traffic Building 850
TOTAL $1,150
With the passage of both the fuel tax resolution and the vehicle weight tax bill in question, the
corresponding appropriation for these facilities should be deleted from the capital budget. If
additional revenues can be generated, the two projects can be added to the budget at a later date.
