SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing the Mayor or his Duly Authorized
Representative to Negotiate and to Execute Necessary
Documents with CL&D Five, LLC, to Satisfy Condition "K"
of Ordinance No. 02-113.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor or his Duly Authorized
Representative to Negotiate and to Execute Necessary Documents
with CL&D Five, LLC, to Satisfy Condition "K" of Ordinance No.
02-113.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
resolution at its meeting on May 18, 2004, and voted as follows:
AYES: J. Arakaki, A. Chung, L. Elarionoff,
F. Holschuh, B. Jacobson, J. Reynolds,
J. Tyler, G. Safarik - 8
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: M. Tulang - 1
Accordingly, I am requesting that this resolution be included on
the Council agenda for action at its June 2, 2004, meeting.
