SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing the Exemption of Certain Zoning
Code Requirements, Pursuant to Sections 201G-113 and
201G-118 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes for the
Proposed Hual~lai Elderly Low Income Housing Phase III
Rental Housing Project.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution Authorizing the Exemption of Certain Zoning Code
Requirements, Pursuant to Sections 201G-113 and 201G-118 of the
Hawaii Revised Statutes for the Proposed Hualalai Elderly Low
Income Housing Phase III Rental Housing Project.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
resolution at its meeting on May 18, 2004, and voted as follows:
AYES: A. Chung, L. Elarionoff, F. Holschuh,
B. Jacobson, J. Reynolds, M. Tulang,
J. Tyler, G. Safarik - 8
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: J. Arakaki - 1
Accordingly, I am requesting that this resolution be included on
the Council agenda for action at its June 2, 2004, meeting.
