Additional residential subdivision approvals, before meeting current traffic Anfrnstroclure nceds, will further restrict IraJ~c mobility in the North and South Kona districts. The proposed subdivision has no available potable water. Theoretically, the private agreement the belwcen the developer and the Dqutrtmcnt of Water Supply addresses the water issue.
