Comm. 257: HAMAKUA SUGAR COMPANY - PROPOSED AGRICULTURAL PARK TAX MAP KEY: 4-3-05: PORTION OF 2 From Planning Director Virginia Goldstein, dated March 11, 1993, transmitting a letter from Yukio Kitagawa, Chairperson, State Board of Agriculture, informing of the Board's establishment of an agricultural park for Hamakua's slaughterhouse-feedlot site. Pursuant to Chapter 166, Hawaii Revised Statutes, requests the Council's approval that the proposed agricultural park be exempt from all zoning, subdivision and construction standards. Informs the Planning Department has accordingly acknowledged the exemptions.
