Dear Council Chair Arakaki and Members of the County Council:
Enclosed for your review and approval is Bill No. 238, Draft 3, relating to public improvements and
tinancing for the fiscal year July I, 2004 to June 3Q, 2005. Draft 3 amends Uraft 2 by decreasing the total
appropriations by $224,000. The adjustments include: (I) Changes [he title of ~o.~=,.~:8e~^n~,^.4~,.r~<...
^^~:~.o.~°~^-] to Police Trunked Radio Svs[em Conversion (FYNo. 200405R), and (2) Deletes and/or
reappropriates the following projects:

The new total for capital projects funds is now $91, 115,000.
Further, FYNo 2004062, Palani Road Safety Improvement was incorrectly stated as $1,154,100 and is
correctly stated above.
