BILL NO. 238 <br />Draft 3 <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR JULY 1, 2004 TO JUNE 30, 2005. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. The following amounts to be received from the sale of general obligation bonds, Capital Projects <br />Fund Balance, and other sources are hereby appropriated to the projects and for the purposes designated in Section 2. <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND <br />Amount <br />Federal Grants Receivable 2,650,000 <br />State Revolving Fund 13,550,000 <br />General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund Balance, and/or Other Source 74,915,000 <br />Total S 91,115,000 <br />Section 2.
