The water system improvements were constructed and inspected and found to comply with our Standazds and are in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 23 of the Hawaii County Code, as applicable. The roadway lots described in Exhibit "A" and water system improvements have been dedicated to the Water Boazd of the County of Hawaii by a Grant of Easement and Bill of Sale document as Document Nos. 2001-006090 and 2001-197975. YUEN Pl ~ng Director SUBJECT: Dedication Deeds Grantor: Towne Keauhou LLC Keauhou View Estates Subdivision (SUB 7202, 7202-A thru E) Tax Ma_p Kev' 7-7-026.026 and 7-7-025:056 According to our files for the subject subdivision, the roadways, drainage, and water improvements were inspected and met the approval of Department of Public Works and/or Department of Water Supply. Therefore, the subject roadways, drainage and water improvements have been completed according to County of Hawaii standards, are in acceptable condition for dedication, and aze in full compliance with the provisions of Chapter 23 (Subdivision Code) of the Hawaii County Code. Thus, Final Subdivision Approval was granted to Keauhou View Estates, Unit 1, Phases I - V. Based on the above, we find that the Dedication Deeds aze acceptable.
