EXPLANATION (Provide complete explanation):
[n an effort to be more effective, the Office of the Corporation Counsel is in need of a projector that will enhance
presentations using PowerPoint. The projector will be used at County Council meetings, community meetings,
departmental presentations, in-house trainings and workshops and especially at court hearings and trials.
Creating PowerPoint presentations would also allow sharing of information among different departments or
organizations.
Monies are available in the Misc Contract Svcs account due to the low settlement costs this past fiscal year.
'fhe deputies have been and always are very conscious of expenses involved while handling cases and have done
an exceptional job in keeping these figures down.
