RE: A Bill for an Ordinance Amending the Hawaii County Code by Adding a
New Chapter Relating to Business Improvement Districts
I am submitting a Bill for an Ordinance amending the Hawaii County Code by adding a
new chapter relating to Business Improvement Districts.
This Ordinance enables the establishment and creation of Business Improvement
Districts, which will provide an alternate method of financing supplemental services and
improvements when public Funds are not available.
