RE: Bill 280, Draft 5 - An Ordinance Amending Chapter 3, of the Hawaii County
Code, By Repealing Article 1 -Relating to Signs, Adding a New Article 1 -
Relating to Signs, and Amending Article 2- Relating to Kailua Village Signs
Enclosed for your favorable consideration is Bill 280, Draft 5, which is the result of a
friendly amendment made by Councilman Tyler to correct page 5, line 3, second to the last word
from "northeast" to "southeast". This is part of Division 2. Definitions, Section 3-3. Definitions
(18) "Kailua Industrial Subdivision." Typographical errors were also corrected.
Please have this matter placed on the agenda for the June 16, 2004 meeting of the County
