Subject: Bill No. 279, Draft 2, Relating to Travel and Other Expenses
Dear Chairman Chung and Members of the Finance Committee:
Enclosed for your review and approval is Bill No. 279, Draft 2 of an ordinance amending
Chapter 2, Article 16 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 Edition), Administration,
relating to travel and other expenses.
The purpose of Draft 2 is to increase the allowable daily rental cost of U-drive cars and
parking charges to $75 a day.
