These revisions wilt address needed immediate and future, interpretations and enforcement, of our current well intended code. These code revisions are sorely needed to cure the visual cancer that continues to grow every day. When finally past by the County Council, this revised code will preserve the beauty of our Aina, while allowing continued record growth in commerce. Growth in commerce that will benefit the entrepreneur and, our residence through increased numbers of visitors. It was the wise and courageous action, of a prior committee and County Council, that prohibited Bill Boards in Hawaii. As history has proven, that action played a ~,Ny vital roll in preserving the beauty of our Aina, while encourageel tourism and growth in commerce. This is the time, and, this is the place, for this committee to exercise the some kind of vision. A vision, that in the future, will allow this committee to look back at our Ania, in its natural beauty, complemented, with thriving tourism, and say, I Made This Possible. Please, exercise yoyr vision, and xour courage, by voting for recommendation of the passage of this revised code. RECEIVIC~ halo Nui Loa, e ~ ,~re_.._.. ~tllo~.----- Paul E. Koehler 76-994 5.
