hereby offers this written testimony re: item #2 on the agenda - 194-04 for the ~ '
meeting dated June 1, 2004.
We aze opposed to any efforts to condemn or invoke "Eminent Domain", ~
' regarding the County of Hawaii's proposed acquisition of the collectively
and privately owned road lot within Hawaiian Acres, identified as lot 6213
and TMK 3-1-6-13-81, either in it's entirety or in any part. Y^,
