I AM IN OPPOSITION TO RESOLUTION 194-04, where the County of Hawaii would take
ownership of the Hawaiian Acre Road consisting of the paved section leadittg to the Ainaloa Rd.
1. The County is in the process of developing a Puna Regional Circulation plan.
It has hired Townscape to help do so.
THIS RESOLUTION IS PREMATURE WITHOUT THOSE FINDINGS.
PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THIS RESOLUTION
