RE: Claim against the County of Hawai' i/State of Hawaii Risk Management
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we request
an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County
Council on a claim submitted by the State of Hawaii Risk Management on behalf of
Hawaii Health Systems Corporation, Hale Ho~ola Hamakua.
