Re: Communication 647, Bill 280 -Business Improvement District
As a resident and small business owner in Kona, I wish to state my support
for Communication 647, Bill 280 to establish a Business Improvement
District for Kailua-Kona.
I am asking for your support for this much needed vehicle so that our
community can help to bring about needed improvements for Kailua
village. I urge you to pass this important Bill so that Kailua-Kona can move
forward with a sound structural framework with which to make decisions.
