This bill will provide a framework for the businesses of 1<ailua-,Kona to come together with one voice to direct the present and future structure of this town. Uther positive results from this step will generate a more positive district identity, private sector accountability, decrease coaunereial vacancies, increase new business successes and provide new jobs.
