SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing the Mayor or his Duly Authorized
Representative to Negotiate and to Execute Necessary
Documents with Fairytale at Kahalu'u Beach, Inc., to
Satisfy Condition "I" of Ordinance No. 00-103.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor or his Duly Authorized
Representative to Negotiate and to Execute Necessary Documents
with Fairytale at Kahalu'u Beach, Inc., to Satisfy Condition "I"
of Ordinance No. 00-103.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
resolution at its meeting on June 16, 2004, and voted as follows:
AYES: J. Arakaki, A. Chung, L. Elarionoff,
F. Holschuh, B. Jacobson, J. Reynolds,
M. Tulang, J. Tyler, G. Safarik - 9
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: None
Accordingly, I am requesting that this resolution be included on
the Council agenda for action at its July 8, 2004, meeting.
