So far we know <br /> that Honolulu, Maui and Kaua `i counties are not converting to the 700 MHz system at this <br /> time. There is a federal mandated 700 MHz Public Safety Planning Committee for Region <br /> 11 in place for the state's public safety agencies to develop a usage plan for the 700 MHz <br /> band.
