Re: Resolution for multi-year lease
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year
for a copier for the Department of Parks and Recreation's Elderly Activities Division.
Their current copier's lease will expire soon and the division wishes to enter into a new
lease for a new medium volume copier.
If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Department of Parks and
Recreation.

A. REQUEST:
Three-year lease agreement for a medium volume copier for the Elderly Activities Division.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Lease on current copier will expire June 2004. Would like to enter into another 3-year lease on a new
medium volume copier. Current copier also gives lots of problems and repair technician is called often to
work on it.
