I~his adjustment is needed to help pay for the courier service to deliver mail daily to/from the Kona
Ser~~ices Center in Kailua to the Kona Council OfYice. For years, my council aide and no~c Council
Member Reynold's council aide performs this task. Using one's personal car for this business purpose
is not North the increase in insurance costs for a council aide.
I ask for your favorable consideration of this adjustment.
