The sandwich boards proliferate in Waimea as do the Pamela Davis "temporary" banners which stay up much longer than allowable. We do our best by gently informing the offending parties but what Corres°ondina Secretar~n,,e really need is a bill to clarify this issue with consequences for non- MaryHunter compliance.
