Since "911" small business owners have struggled to maintain their place in the community, to be a succors and provide a service that will better the community. To restrict the small business owner in their Deed for advertising not only destroys the small business, but also tak>rs away from the community. I do believe changes should be made and enforced, but those changes should be for the community, not against the small business owners. I am concerned about the following: 1. The conditions of `Bill 280" are unclear and left to-irlterpretation. 2. 7'he teen °suthorized person(s)" are not specific. 3. Large companies and corporations should not be allowed different Hiles Than the small business owner.
