We the undersigned lot owners of Hawaiian Acrea Subdivision support the County ins
acquiring full ownership of the entire length of the PEAR.

We feel that it is in the best interest of the larger community to have this road iraprov~
and maintained by the County of Hawaii. The PEAR provides a vital link beteveen lower
and upper Puna for the purposes of emergency access, commerce, employment and
continuity of contact between families and friends.
